Designed especially for line panels applications, where the panel's pins are very close to each other, this system is made by a control module and by a light weight portable hot air hand tool that can be placed anywhere in the line panel.
The control module has the same features of the STCS-B's control module and is placed outside the line panel.

The STCS-ST was specially developed for working in line panels with longitudinal waterproof sealing applications that use Coldmelt.
Besides performing the shrinking, it also has a spring steel band that compress the sleeve and harness, creating a round cross section of
the cable bundle and ensuring that all voids are filled in the sealing area.
The STCS-B-TW consists in a variant of the STCS-B product. It has a sliding adjustable (booth vertical and horizontally) frame with pneumatic holding clamps, which makes it ideal for applications that uses shrinking tubes in twisted wires.
The "Shrinking Tube Control System - Infrared 500" (STCS-IR500), consists in shrinking system for wiring harness applied in waterproof applications, with control and monitoring, based in infrared resistors.
The STCS-RCM is a shrinking system, based on an infrared oven, equipped with an automatic centring sleeves' mechanism, that allows the automatic centring of the sleeve in the middle of the copper area (welded zone), in order to avoid misposition sleeves.
The STCS-CS 19 is a shrinking system for wiring harness thermoplastic protections, with control and monitoring, based on infrared resistors.
The system has a conveyor, that has 2 sets of timing belts that grips the wires with the sleeves and carries them inside an infrared oven for the shrinking process, then they are passed by a cooling zone and are deposit in a collection bin. This feature makes it ideal for large production requirements, since the throughput is determined by the rate at which the operator can load the assemblies.
The major innovation of this machine is that the user only as to define the shrinking time needed for each sleeve and the system automatically adjusts the conveyor's speed. In this way, it is not necessary to perform speed calculations or to perform unnecessary trials.
Also, the STCS-CS 19 allows the programming of references which during execution can be selected manually (using the keyboard or the rotating knob) or automatically (using barcode readers). With this feature, the transition between assemblies is done instantaneously.
The STCS-RT is a shrinking system for wiring harness thermoplastic protections, with control and monitoring, based on infrared resistors.
The system has 2 independent workstations and a movable oven. Each workstation is provided with the support for tooling fixtures that can be used into a variety of small components such as ring terminals, quick disconnect terminals, small connectors, etc.
