The CrimpCenter 34 C is a 4 station machine based on the well proven 3-series and designed for the major application range. It will be launched for the APAC market focusing on China. To guarantee short lead times and keep the logistic and customs efforts for our customers as simple as possible, this machine is manufactured directly in China. German high quality engineering hand in hand with Chinese efficient manufacturing and logistic skills, supported by a tight-knit and local experienced APAC service network, form the essence of the CrimpCenter 34 C. It respects the local norms and standards, as well as the high automotive quality requirements. For example, most of the production sites within the APAC
market do not require CE-conformity and their production crews typically work without safety covers. Therefore the base machine is supplied without the cover and instead “APAC-common” options like a TowerLight and a world transformer are included. With its functional, simple and compact design the CrimpCenter 34 C is in-line with today´s automotive
requirements and providing an unbeatable price/performance ratio.
Design
Following the design concepts of the CrimpCenter family, the CrimpCenter 34 C features off-the-shelf components, the intuitive “EASY” user interface and network capabilities via EASYNet or WPCS.
The 3-series has been refined in regards to:
- Universal cutter blocks for more flexibility
- Modular conveyor belt system for simple conveyor belt extension
- Revised UniCrimp 221/222 applicator adaptation for more flexibility and an easier retrofit
- New station connection cable routing for easier maintenance
