ILC BENCH TOP 20/8 BT/BTS

The ILC Bench Top is a versatile stripping solution designed for high-demanding applications, complex wire and cable constructions, and out-of-round wires or cables.

The ILC Bench Top offers a high-accuracy laser rotary cutting head, ensuring precise cuts for various wire gauges while maintaining quality. With its programmed capabilities, wire changes are fast and simple, without requiring a wire holder. The ILC Bench Top range includes two models: The ILC-20/8 BT comes equipped with a 20-watt laser source, it handles wire outer diameters ranging from 0.5 to 7.8 mm (0.02 to 0.31 in) and performs circular cuts. The ILC-20/8 BTS is also equipped with a 20-watt laser source, it handles the same wire outer diameter range. In addition to circular cuts, it offers straight slits and spiral slits as cutting options.

Processing of a wide variety of even demanding wire types
The high-power, highly stable infrared laser source can process a wide range of insulation materials, including coaxial cable dielectric and multilayer composite outer jackets.


Simple set up for easy or complex stripping
EasyCutting Config software simplifies stripping settings for both simple and complex stripping programs. QR codes facilitate easy device setup and adjustment.


Special features for enhanced productivity
The longitudinal (straight or spiral) slit feature (BTS version) greatly facilitates insulation removal on challenging wires and cables. The ILC can also create window strips.


Low maintenance required
Maintenance is limited to regular cleaning operations. All necessary tools are provided and stored in the integrated maintenance tray.


Easy to use thanks to automation programs
Once loaded, stripping programs can be selected manually or by scanning a barcode. The motorized wire guide selector rotates to the defined size, initiating automatic stripping.
