The fully automatic taping machine KT 800 and the model variant KT 810 enable the taping of simple wire harnesses without branches with an innovative machine concept.

The machine is available with taping lengths of up to 0.5 meters (KT 800) or one meter (KT 810). With a processing speed of 2,000 rpm and easy handling, it minimizes production times and sets new standards in terms of cost-effectiveness. Taping is performed by rotating the wire while the tape roll is stationary. The fully automatic wire processing machine enables controlled, programmable line tension in the axial direction to minimize pulling forces on mated terminals and protect terminals. Tape pull-off forces and process-relevant parameters are programmable, ensuring operator-independent quality. The KT 800 offers automation of additional process steps such as label printing and application, spot tape setting, and testing.
