The KTHB Micro was specially developed for entry-level wire harness production on the routing board. It offers a significant increase in quality in manual wire harness production thanks to reproducible quality compared to manual taping. It is perfectly suited for small series and prototypes. The machine produces excellent spot tapes and short tapes. The KTHB Micro was specially developed for processing small tape lengths and can process commercially available adhesive tapes with tape widths up to 19 mm and tape core diameters of 1.5"" or 1.25"". In the hand-guided process with constant belt tension and guidance, a wrinkle-free belt is guaranteed. The controlled process by constant hand movement saves production time.
