The smallest programmable taping machine, KTL 10 is ideal for taping wire harnesses and small modules with max. 1 m tape length and up to five branches.

The KTL 10 is ideal when taping simple wire harnesses with up to five branches or small wire harnesses without pre-fixing. Featuring a tape length of up to one meter, it also easily handles longer stretches. For longer tapes, the sister model, the KTR 10 CS, is available. The unit has 100 programs with 5 wrapping steps each or 50 programs with 10 wrapping steps each. For individual requirements, the winding head speed is controlled via a foot pedal. With its length measurement on the linear feed, the KTL 10 enables taping with millimeter precision. This linear feed can be set on the display from 1-70 mm per winding head revolution – resulting in high-precision taping that meet the strictest quality specifications.
