NT Control - OPC UA Server
Standardisierte Softwareschnittstelle zum Datenaustausch zwischen der Steuerungssoftware NT Control und einem Manufacturing Execution System (MES) per OPC UA.
NT Control fungiert als OPC Server, das MES als Client.
Das Interface kann für folgende Anwendungsfälle eingesetzt werden:
■ Steuerung des Systems (Befehlsübermittlung)
■ Verwendung von Echtzeitdaten zur Überwachung
■ Datenarchivierung von Ergebnisdaten
Durch die Anbindung von NT Control können somit für Verdrahtungs- und Funktionstestsysteme folgende Funktionen genutzt werden:
■ Steuerungsfunktionen wie Prüfprogramm laden, Betriebsart wechseln, Teststart, Entriegeln, Abbruch, etc.
