The Qstat-100 motorized pull-out force measurement device checks and visualizes the pull-out profile as a transportable table-top device to check the wire harness quality.
Manually operated pull-out force measurement devices provide contradictory data depending on the pulling force of the operators. The IEC standard stipulates that a pull measurement device measures with a constant pull rate. The solution is the Qstat-100 motorized tabletop measurement device. The integrated PWM speed controller ensures a uniform tension over the entire measurement range. The 12-position clamp mount can be used to measure not only simple crimp connections but also ultrasonic-metal welded connections and a wide range of wires. Additional micrometers for measuring crimp height and width are optionally connected via a serial communication interface. To prevent production of crimps with incorrect specifications, validation data is retrieved from Qpex via LAN.
