The mounting of AT4000 type adapters in the test table is realized without the use of assembly rails. So the adapter layout, predetermined by the UUT, can be changed individually. The mounting of simple up to complex adapters with most different mechanical dimensions is easily possible without modifications of the table frame. Caused by the modular and flexible construction, an adaptation to a new or modified UUT can take place every time.

Safeguard equipment

For protection of the operators at high test voltages safeguard equipment with mechanical housing and light curtain is available for all test table forms.

adaptronic test tables are a decisive component of the adaptronic kit for the assembly of comfortable and highquality test systems for the wiring test of manufactured
cable harnesses of all types. The test tables are prepared for the integration of adaptronic testers of the different series and adapters of the type AT4000. Test systems with most different test voltages and test point extensions can be configured and built easily.

  • Type TDxxxxF mit horizontal adapter surface (Flat)
  • Type TDxxxxP-S with sloped adapter surface (Sloped) and safeguard equipment
  • Type TDxxxxF-S with horizontal adapter surface (Flat) and safeguard equipment


Test table software

All adaptronic testers used in test tables are equipped with an operator software especially set up for test table applications.

  • automatic adapter scan
  • control and display of adapter LEDs
  • adaptation test etc.
