The TS1500-HV system has been specially developed for testing of high-voltage and data sensor cables. It conforms to international standards and will be used in the cable assembly.
The test system TS1500-HV is suitable for the automated testing of video, antenna and sensor cables, for example HSD, FAKRA, airbag or high-voltage cables. This testing system is equipped with best-in-class devices and the CS WIN nx® software and is thus individually programmable to suit customer requirements. The ergonomic work area (Test grid inclination 20°) can reach a width of 1200 mm with far over 3600 mm. The height is proceted by barriers on the sides. The TS1500-HVariable offers as well easy positioning of the test adapters, a standardized interface and convenient adaptation. Other models and sizes are available on request. The TS1500-HV test system can be combined with all cable testers and can be configured according to customer requirements.
