VS40 Vision Test

The user-friendly VS40 is the most used vision system. The camera and a line laser (HCT) check the correct assembly of the individual positions on the fuse or relay carriers.

The vision system offers a two steps test. The first test involves recording a camera image of the test object and evaluating it using the Vision Studio nx test software. This enables the system to check whether the test item equipment is fitted with the correct components. The second test involves using a line laser and linear unit for height control. This helps to test the correct insertion depth of the components.The system offers several features, making it easy to use and efficient in ensuring accurate results. It can run individual test sequences with no required expert knowledge. The VS40 also has standardized interfaces, ensuring compatibility with different equipment. Additionally, partitioning enables its use with varying light irradiation.
