SP1200LED is semi-automatic stencil printer suitable for LED industry requirements. 
With printing area of 1200mm SP1200 printer is suitable for various requirements of LED industry. 

Features list 

  • Two models available - SP1200S for single sided printing and SP1200D for double sided printing
  • Wide PCB and stencil dimensions to cover both 2' and 4' LED tube light boards
  • High precision dual linear guides for smooth and perfect movement of squeegee head
  • Squeegee head can be tilted by 40º for easy cleaning of stencial and squeegee changing of squeegees
  • Adjustable squeegee angle upto 30º for both squeegees
  • Polyurethene squeegee as standard 25mm and optional metal squeegee available 
  • Individually adjustable squeegee speeds for each squeegee
  • Programmable single squeegee stroke or bouble squeegee stroke
  • Fine X, Y, 𝜃 adjustments conveniently located for easy alignment of PCB with stencil
  • PLC control with touch screen offering high reliability and ease of operation
  • Password protection, PCB count, Auto/Manual mode, I/O status display for easy operation
